DIY Pest & Lawn – The Pro-Grade Multi-Step Kit for Total Control

The Problem
Bed bugs multiply fast. They hide deep in seams, cracks, and furniture joints. Without a complete treatment cycle, they always return.

STEP 1: PREPARATION (Day 1)
Declutter & Contain
* Clear the Room: Remove items not needed or wanted. Bag all clothing and linens and remove them from the room.
* Do Not Transfer: Do not move infested items to clean rooms.
* Mattress Assessment: Discard if heavily infested; otherwise, treat and encase.

Clean & Launder
* Wash & Dry: Wash bedding and clothes in hot water and dry on high heat for 20+ minutes.
* Isolate: Place non-washable items in sealed bins or heavy-duty bags and keep sealed until the infestation is eliminated.

STEP 2A: AEROSOL ATTACK (Bedlam Plus, D-Fense NXT, Tekko Trio Foam)
Targeting Seams, Voids, and Furniture Joints

* Tekko Trio Foam (The Void Filler):
* Where: Inject into hollow bed legs, bed frame gaps, behind nightstands, and into wall voids.
* Why: The dry foam expands to fill voids. It contains 3 IGRs (Insect Growth Regulators) that stop reproduction. It does not kill adults, but ensures no new eggs hatch.
* Note: Do NOT use Tekko Trio on mattresses or linens.
* Bedlam Plus (The Mattress Master):
* Where: Spray mattress seams, tufts, folds, and stitching.
* Why: Kills resistant adults and eggs on contact.
* D-Fense NXT (The Residual):
* Where: Spray box springs, drawer slides, and baseboards.

STEP 2B: Demand Duo + Gentrol IGR
Initial Knockdown & Sterilization
* Mixing: Add 1 oz Demand Duo + 1 oz Gentrol IGR per 1 gallon of water. Shake well.
* The 24-Hour Strategy: Apply heavily on Day 1. If you have leftover mixture, re-apply on Day 2.
* Important: Any product mixed in the sprayer must be used within 24 hours.
* Where to Apply: Spray all baseboards, behind furniture, and wall-floor junctions.

STEP 3: CIMEXA DUST
Long-Term Crack & Void Protection
* Application: Remove faceplates from outlets. Apply a light film of dust into wall voids and baseboard cracks.
* Why: Cimexa dehydrates bed bugs and lasts up to 12 months.

STEP 4: DEMON MAX LIQUID BARRIER
The Follow-Up Defense
* Switch Products: After the initial Demand Duo treatment, switch to Demon Max for weekly follow-ups.
* Mix & Apply: Mix 2 oz Demon Max per 1 gallon of water. Fill sprayer halfway, add product, then top with water.
* Storage Rule: Use within 24 hours.
* Where: Spray around baseboards, under beds, and room edges.

STEP 5: REPEAT (Every 7–10 Days)
* Consistency: Repeat Step 2A and Step 4 every 7–10 days until no activity is found for 30 days.
* Duration: Expect a 7–8 week battle.
