PRODUCT USE AND LABEL DIRECTIONS
Pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and related products must be selected, mixed, applied, stored, and disposed of strictly according to the manufacturer’s current label and all applicable laws.
The product label is the law. Customers are responsible for reading and following the entire label, including application rates, approved treatment sites, personal protective equipment, environmental restrictions, reentry intervals, storage requirements, and disposal instructions.
Do not use a product on a person, animal, plant, turfgrass, structure, location, or pest unless that use is specifically permitted by the label.
INFORMATION AND DIAGNOSTIC ASSISTANCE
Information provided through our website, forms, photographs, videos, email, telephone, text messages, social media, or in-store discussions is educational and intended to help customers make informed decisions.
Pest, weed, lawn, plant, and property identifications based on photographs, videos, descriptions, or limited information may not be conclusive. Lighting, image quality, growth stage, environmental conditions, treatment history, and other factors can affect identification.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their specific pest, turfgrass, plant, property, and treatment site before application. When information is incomplete or conditions are uncertain, additional photographs, inspection, testing, or professional assistance may be required.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Results vary because of weather, irrigation, soil conditions, application method, product selection, timing, pest pressure, resistance, property conditions, and compliance with label directions.
DIY Pest and Lawn LLC does not guarantee complete control, elimination, recovery, growth, or a particular result unless a specific written guarantee is provided at the time of sale.
Failure to follow label directions, application instructions, recommended timing, or safety requirements may reduce effectiveness, damage property, injure plants or turf, harm people or animals, or violate the law.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment verification, and fraud review.
Prices, availability, descriptions, and promotions may change without notice. We may correct errors, cancel an order, limit quantities, or issue a refund when a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, prohibited, or ordered under suspicious circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, pickup, contact, and payment information.
Payment information may be processed by independent payment providers. DIY Pest and Lawn LLC does not intentionally store complete credit-card or debit-card numbers on its website.
PICKUP, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Pickup orders are not complete until the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, product restrictions, incorrect addresses, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers must inspect orders promptly and report missing, incorrect, leaking, damaged, or defective items as soon as reasonably possible. Photographs, packaging, receipts, and other documentation may be required to evaluate a claim.
Certain products may be restricted from shipment or sale based on federal, state, or local law.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our posted Returns & Refunds Policy and any product-specific restrictions.
Opened, used, mixed, contaminated, damaged, expired, special-order, clearance, or legally restricted products may be ineligible for return.
Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.
Notify us promptly if you believe an account, password, payment method, or order has been used without authorization.
TEXT-MESSAGE TERMS
