At DIY Pest & Lawn, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Return eligibility:
– Item arrived damaged in transit
– Item is defective
– Wrong item was received
Non-returnable items:
– Opened or used pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, fertilizers, or other chemical products
– Products returned without prior approval
– Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or application outside label directions
Return request window:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to request a return:
Email or call us with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the problem.
Approved returns:
If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Refunds or replacements are issued only after review and approval.
Return shipping:
If the error was ours or the item arrived defective/damaged, we will review return shipping on a case-by-case basis.
