Max force Complete & Advion Roach Bait

Max force Complete & Advion Roach Bait

$44.98

Product Overview

Maxforce Complete Granular Bait.

1. Anatomy of Your Station

  • The Base: The bottom piece with the circular “cup” (reservoir) in the middle and the entry slots on the sides.

  • The Lid: The cover labeled “DIY” that snaps on top.

  • The Goal: The bait goes strictly into the circular reservoir in the center. The side slots must remain clear so roaches and ants can enter.

2. How to Apply Maxforce Complete (Granules)

This product consists of small food-based granules.

  • How to Fill:

    1. Open the station lid.

    2. Pour or scoop the granules directly into the circular center reservoir.

    3. Do not overfill: The Maxforce label allows for up to 1–3 oz per station, but your specific station is small. Fill the reservoir only until it is level with the rim of the inner circle (likely about 1 tablespoon). If you overfill it, granules might spill out of the side entry holes.

    4. Snap the lid back on securely.

  • Placement (Indoors):

    • Strict Rule: According to the label, indoor granule applications are limited to areas inaccessible to children or pets (e.g., unfinished attics, crawl spaces, behind electrical switch plates, or wall voids).

    • Since you are using a station, you have slightly more flexibility, but you must still ensure the station itself is placed where children and pets cannot pick it up or open it (e.g., behind a heavy appliance or inside a cabinet).

  • Placement (Outdoors):

    • Place stations every 20–30 feet around the perimeter of the structure.

3. How to Apply Advion Cockroach (Gel Bait)

This product is a gel typically applied as small spots.

  • How to Fill:

    1. Open the station lid.

    2. Using the syringe, squeeze a small spot of gel into the center of the circular reservoir.

    3. Amount: The label recommends a spot size of approximately 0.5 grams (about 1/4 inch diameter). You do not need to fill the entire cup to the brim; a pea-sized drop or two is sufficient.

    4. Snap the lid back on.

  • Why use a station for gel?

    • It keeps the gel from drying out as quickly by protecting it from air currents.

    • It protects your surfaces (floors/cabinets) from getting sticky residues.

  • Placement:

    • Place these stations where cockroaches hide: under sinks, behind refrigerators, in cabinets, and behind toilets.

    • Ensure they are out of reach of children and pets.

Crucial Tips for This Station

  • Do Not Mix in the Same Cup: Do not put the wet Gel and the dry Granules in the same reservoir at the same time. The moisture from the gel can ruin the granules, and the granules can cover the gel, making it less accessible. Use separate stations for each product or alternate them in different locations.

  • Cleaning: If you want to switch a station from Gel to Granules (or vice versa), wash the station thoroughly with soap and water and let it dry completely before refilling.

  • Check Regularly: Inspect the stations periodically. If the bait is eaten or the gel has dried out/hardened, clean the reservoir and apply fresh bait.
