What it is A heavy-duty “clean-out” system designed for severe infestations where immediate knockdown is the priority. Demon Max provides a powerful flushing action to drive roaches out of deep voids, while Gentrol sterilizes the survivors and Advion wipes out the nest. Note: Demon Max has a strong chemical odor and may leave a slight residue (oil-based).
What’s in the box
Demon® Max – A powerful solvent-based Cypermethrin spray. Excellent for “flushing” roaches out of hiding and knocking them down instantly.
Gentrol® IGR Concentrate – (S)-Hydroprene 9% insect growth regulator; sterilizes roaches and prevents nymphs from maturing. Mix 1 fl oz per gallon. Provides protection for up to 4 months.
Advion® Roach Gel Bait – The industry standard “MetaActive™” bait (Indoxacarb 0.6%). It activates after the roach eats it, giving them time to return to the nest and poison the colony.
Why this combo works
Demon Max hits hard and fast, flushing roaches out of crevices so they die exposed.
Gentrol IGR ensures that any roach hidden deep in the wall cannot reproduce.
Advion Gel cleans up the remaining population by turning the roaches into “poisoned bait” for the rest of the nest.
Where to use Kitchens, bathrooms, garages, basements, and commercial spaces. Warning: Due to the oil base, avoid spraying lighter-colored carpets or unfinished porous surfaces where staining could occur.
How to apply (your in-store plan)
Day 1 – Initial clean-out (spray + IGR):
Mix 2 oz Demon Max + 1 oz Gentrol IGR per 1 gallon of water in a pump sprayer.
Treat interior baseboards, under kick plates, behind/around appliances (crack & crevice), whole garage, and exterior foundation.
Days 7 & 14 – Follow-ups (spray only):
Mix 1 oz Demon Max per gallon and repeat the pattern.
Bait placements (Advion):
Apply small pea-sized dots (0.5g) in hinges, under countertops, and tight cracks. Do not spray Demon Max on top of the bait.
Critical do-nots (label)
Don’t spray near open food or prep surfaces.
Don’t use on furniture or mattresses (Demon Max is a structural spray).
Don’t use bleach near bait placements.
Target species German, American, and Smokybrown Roaches (Especially good for heavy-pressure clean-outs).
